Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is a rare, vascular lesion with a benign character. Surgical excision, radiotherapy, steroids, cryotherapy and their combinations are tried for treatment. In the patient presented local control for a recurrence after surgical excision is achieved.
