İst. Üniv. Tıp Fak. Nöroloji AD Clinical, neuroradiological and neuropathological properties of five cases with a diagnosis of primary cerebral lympoma will be presented in this study. In this series four of the patients were female and one was male and their ages were between 48-68. The lesions were supratentoriel in three of the cases, infratentorial in one and the other showed multiple localisation with both infra and supratentorial lesions. Primary cerebral lymphoma constitutes 1 % of all brain tumors. The frequency of this tumor which is seen especially in states of immune deficiency, has been increased among the normal population in the last ten years. The neuroradiological properties and histopathologic characteristics of this tumor, which shows clinical and radiological remission with therapy, will be discussed and the pertinent literature will be reviewed.
